The human body is a miraculous healing machine. It is complex. It requires nourishment, attention, and care. Just like trees and plants we need sunlight and water.

When tended to - we grow and with just the right conditions, we thrive and can create unimaginable beauty. When we are paying attention to our needs and our bodies signaling we develop a harmonious relationship with the self. This then radiates out into the world, creating ripples that impact and inspire. I believe that with awareness, the right information, and consistency - we reclaim wellness as our birthright. This course is designed to empower you with beneficial information that I believe will support you towards your goals of living with optimal health and vitality.

In my honest opinion, people don’t need anything outside of the few life sustaining necessities, the self, and God to thrive, but life is challenging at times and we forget how simple it really is. I am here to remind you.

People experience unexplainable miracles all the time through fasting and prayer alone. Your beliefs quite literally shape your reality.

I have come to learn myself that true and lasting wellness comes only from your devotion to truth and your devotion to God (Creator).

When you are living in co-creation with God you will always receive guidance. When we choose to feed fear over faith, or if you were programmed from a young age to not know the difference your habits continue to shape your beliefs and in turn your reality.

Living in balance comes with not only tending to your body, but also mind, heart, and spirit. When higher vibrational states come online, your body begins to heal itself.

The fastest way to HEAL is through feeling. EXPRESS what you want to suppress. Accept, discern, and learn.

Arming yourself with knowledge is your greatest strength. This is especially true as it relates to your wellness - body, mind, & spirit.
